Biography
Alfred Leach is a well-respected expert in strategic communications, crisis management and brand reputation. As a trusted advisor, he brings decades of experience working with C-suites and boards. His career spans key positions of responsibility for transformation initiatives at Deloitte, Dun & Bradstreet, and The New York Times and global campaign work at Burson-Marsteller where he specialized in mergers & acquisitions and crisis management to the Fortune 500 across a spectrum of industries and world geographies. As an established business advisor, Alfred works with corporate executives across the globe to help them clarify a new vision and strategy for brands. Alfred is active in local community non-profit efforts related to affordable housing, food insecurity, and education.
Finn Winterson

Finn Winterson is graduate of Pratt Institute with a BFA in Design and Illustration. Finn has worked in a variety of business sectors, most notably at The New York Times where he served as Art Director of Marketing Services for 9 years. He brings a holistic, strategic approach to design which is an important and key function within marketing and communications campaigns. He understands the vital role that imagery and design take in telling corporate narratives. His multi-disciplinary talents span everything from advertising, print collateral, logos and brand identity/design standards, print graphics, and web design to on-site visual installations and environmental graphics. He is an award recipient in advertising design and visual communications, respectively, from the prestigious Art Director's Club of New York and the juried Communication Arts Award of Excellence, among others.

Patrick Francisco is an AI automation and application development specialist with more than 20 years of experience across design, branding, e-commerce, and digital platform solutions. His work focuses on building intelligent applications that combine artificial intelligence, automation, user experience, and practical business strategy. Blending a deep design background with hands-on AI platform development, Patrick creates tools that help organizations streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and turn complex data into usable digital products. His current work includes AI-powered applications, intelligent search, workflow automation, decision-support tools, and legal AI platforms such as AttestLegal, which focuses on source-backed SEC research, disclosure intelligence, legal document search, and filing-support workflows. His approach is holistic, system-minded, and detail-driven - balancing technical capability with visual clarity and human-centered design for the evolving needs of modern organizations.

Liz Savery is a senior communications strategist and writer with 25+ years of experience helping companies sharpen positioning, build visibility, and navigate high-stakes moments. Her work spans technology, cybersecurity, healthcare, consumer products, and complex B2B sectors, with expertise in brand strategy, executive messaging, media relations, product communications, and crisis management. She has advised global brands and growth companies alike, including Samsung, AT&T, IBM, Sharp Electronics, and Ecrypt, helping leadership teams launch products, manage reputational risk, and turn complex business challenges into clear, persuasive narratives. Liz is drawn to the intellectual adventure of vertical markets: few roles offer the chance to become conversant in industries as varied as healthcare, consumer technology, venture capital, and beyond. Outside of work, her interests include aviation, history, wine, travel and photography; extensive training in search and rescue with the U.S. Air Force Auxiliary helped shape the calm judgment and clear-headed pragmatism she brings to complex communications challenges.

Jennifer (Jenny) Rider is a communications and thought leadership strategist, storyteller and content provider with 25+ years of experience. She crafts narratives for CEOs, organizations and brands that capture the attention of key audiences and cut through. She specializes in "transformation communications," helping clients articulate innovation and disruption narratives that spotlight their industry leadership and progress in driving business and sustainability goals, and distinguish them from their peers. During her distinguished career, Jenny served as senior speechwriter at The New York Times Company, and Director of Corporate Public Relations at ABC, Inc. She has written for CEOs at leading Wall Street firms, multinational corporations, U.S. presidential and gubernatorial campaigns, and officials at the top echelon of government and politics. She began her career at CNN as producer of its top-rated financial news program, “MoneyWeek.” Jenny graduated from Phillips Academy Andover and Trinity College in Hartford, CT, and has a Masters in Creative Writing from Fairfield University.

Ted received his B.A. in Philosophy from Union College and his J.D. from The Catholic University of America, Columbus School of Law. He is currently licensed to practice in New Jersey.

Ross brings years of experience to offer our clients a superior understanding of North Carolina state government and help them navigate legislative and executive agency solutions to their particular goals. He has spent several years working in the North Carolina Senate. Working for a Senior Appropriations Chairman, Ross has assisted businesses to secure State funding and desired legislative outcomes. He was a lead staffer in Senate leadership for the State Budget process, regulatory reform, economic development, tort reform, and agriculture policy. Ross also helps clients meet their goals through lobbying for legislative action at the General Assembly, building legislative strategies and coalitions, and interacting with executive agencies. He has the skills and relationships to present our clients, their needs, and their messaging in front of the correct decision makers. Ross has represented clients involved in the areas of economic development, healthcare, technology, engineering, transportation, education, public safety, finance, local government, entertainment, agriculture, food and beverage, and broad industry associations.

Erin Sanders is a seasoned strategic communicator who helps organizations navigate high-stakes crises, protect reputations, and advance advocacy and economic development goals. For more than 25 years, she has advised global companies including Lenovo, Samsung, Shell Oil, and Google, as well as start-up and nonprofit organizations throughout the U.S. Erin brings a rare combination of perspectives: a long tenure as an agency leader and consultant, coupled with experience as head of corporate communications and investor relations for a global, publicly traded manufacturer. She is particularly skilled in critical situations that threaten reputation, operations, or business objectives, and is adept at aligning communications with legal, regulatory, and government affairs efforts. While supporting organizations across the U.S. and internationally, Erin has lived and worked in South Carolina, North Carolina and Washington, D.C., giving her deep familiarity with these markets. She frequently partners with legal and government affairs counsel, having served for several years as a communications and crisis advisor within a large Southeastern law firm. In that role, she worked alongside attorneys on matters involving litigation, investigations, policy changes, regulatory actions, and other sensitive issues requiring coordinated legal and communications strategy.
